Raised by expat parents in Germany and Japan, Arwen was bitten by the travel bug at an early age. After completing her undergraduate studies and law degree in the United States, she spent four years living and working in London and almost six in Singapore. Now back in the UK, she continues to travel extensively in Europe, Asia and points beyond.
Her writing and photography have been published in print and online in travel magazines, guide books and in-flight magazines. In 2011, AFAR Magazine’s online collaborative travel guide designated her as a “Local Expert” on Singapore.
